Kim Lankford-Gogel is Founder and President of CRS Healthcare IT Group (CRS) and is an expert in the field of Healthcare Informatics. Her experience includes providing Revenue Cycle oversight to several healthcare facilities, as well as health industry organizations and providers with a focus on excellence in compliance with regulatory standards, clinical documentation improvement, coding management, data governance and ensuring the highest quality in coding practices.
Kim has provided innovative strategies for revenue cycle processes and automated coding workflows. Based in Haubstadt, Indiana, with over 22 years of healthcare experience, many of those spent in a management/consultant role for one of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations.
Experience also includes several hospitals and facilities in their transition to electronic health record platforms and design of remote coding models and created data quality review/monitoring programs. She provided management support of 100+ HIM professionals.
